Botanicula is a surreal fantasy game from Amanita Design. Botanicula is an intelligence game created by Jaromír Plachý and Amanita Design. This is a group of five friends – small tree creatures that travel to save the last seed from their house tree infected with evil parasites. The gameplay is dedicated to exploration, the resolution of fun little puzzles, the knowledge of strange tree creatures and attention to music, as it provides useful tips and tricks. The whole game takes place on a huge and strange tree, which is inhabited by strange and bizarre creatures.
This is not a normal game. This is anything but. Everything in it is surprisingly unique and very surreal, and this in itself deserves attention. In this game it is impossible to get bored, as each new position brings something new and intriguing. The research elements are made with incredible polish and attention to detail, and the same is true for the musical score, the sound effects and, above all, the visual elements. The synergy of these elements creates a wonderful and memorable adventure, exciting beyond measure.
